ENGAGED

There really hasn't been much happening in my life in the past few weeks. I started a new school term. I have 1 down 5 more terms to go!! Our terms are only 9 weeks long... we have to cram alot of things in that short amount of time. SUCKS! AHH. Ok so on a better note... I got engaged Saturday April 12th! I'm super happy and so excited. Mark and I already know that we are getting married outside. We wanted a beach wedding.. but decided to be realistic. We want all of our friends and family there.. If we were to go to the beach, there would be alot of important people that wouldn't be able to make it. So we are okay with getting married here in Cincinnati. I am doing lots of research and think that I have found a place.. Now all I have to do is let Mark in on it!! LOL. He really isn't your typical guy. He actually wants to be involved in it! I was shocked when he was excited to help me handmake our place settings. I wanted to get really involved in my wedding.. wow.. my wedding??? that sounds so weird. I know that I may only be 21.. but if you think about it.. we have been together for almost 5 years and he is 27. We have spent alot more time together then most brides/grooms before their wedding. O well i'm not judging anyone else nor expecting you to. So my ring is fabulous... It literally is exactly what I wanted. I feel that I am just like every other girl in the world and picked out her engagement ring loooong before their actual engagement. Luckily I gave him all the right clues with the help of a fab friend and TA-DA.. I got what I had wanted. It looks amazing:) It is an Emerald cut ring with princess and baguettes on the side. Let me just say that the damn thing SHINES! I can't stop looking at it.

We were thinking May 1st as a date. It's not too hot or too cold for our outside wedding. I think that it will be perfect. I didn't realize how much work it takes to start to plan a wedding.... jeezz how did all these women survive though this? I'm going to say alcohol and massages!! That is all I have for now!
